Success is the Best Revenge

“You won’t make it,” “don't even bother trying that,” “you’ll just end up shifting course,” or “that will never happen.” Are these words familiar to you? These words of doubtfulness that often leads to not pursuing your goal? I’m guessing yes. You probably heard these from people who don’t know you personally, from your friends, or sometimes even from your family. How did you feel when you heard these?

There are a lot of times in life where you want to do things but end up losing motivation or being discouraged because of other people’s thoughts about your capabilities. They often doubt the skills that you have based on assumptions that don’t really have anything to do with the things that you can do, but, does this really matter? No, it does not.

If you are one of the many people who listens to what other people say because you think that they are right, then you better change that mindset. You won’t get anywhere if you’ll just listen to what other people tell you.

If there is one person who certainly knows you, it’s you. You know yourself more than other people. Therefore only you can dictate whether you can do things or not and therefore your beliefs and opinions about yourself should dominate more than other people’s opinion about you. If you believe that you can do a certain thing, then you should do it. Don’t mind those people who are constantly telling you not to do it. 

Don’t let them hinder you from achieving success. It will not be easy of course but remember that nothing worth it comes easy. You may encounter tons of challenges and hardships but it is never impossible for you to reach the top and succeed.

    Life is always a choice. Although you don’t have a choice what to hear but it’s always your choice what to listen. Never let a person keep you from achieving the success that you desire. And one day you will be able to confidently walk in front of those people who once did not believe you can make it.
