It Eventually Gets Better

It eventually gets better.

 

For now you may feel like it’s the end-- you don’t know what to do, where to go.

 

For now you may feel like locking up inside your room, sleep for years and not to talk to anyone anymore.

 

But it eventually gets better.

 

When all is said and done, when you feel like you’ve been pushed way beyond your limits, when you feel so hopeless, so broken, God remains constant.

 

He’s been right beside you all along. He understands every ache, sees all your tears, and hears even the most silent cries of your heart.

 

And He’s creating a better person out of you every single day.

 

He’s shaping you into His likeness with every struggle, drawing you closer to Him with every pain.

 

And it eventually gets better.

 

The tunnel may seem so dark for now, and the light from the other side may seem to be million miles away, but you’re almost there.

 

You just have to take the first step.. then the second.. and the third.. and another.. and another.. until you’re finally free.

 

Free from the tunnel that hinders you to become the person you’re made to be.

 

Free from everything that delays you, that hinders you from giving your very best.

 

 It eventually gets better.

 

You’re made to endure.

You’re made to conquer.

You’re made to be victorious.

 

For now you may feel like it’s the end-- you don’t know what to do, where to go.

 

But take heart. Hold on.

It eventually gets better.
